Incorporated on 16 March 1995, Sarawak Incorporated Sdn Bhd (SISB) is a wholly owned by the Sarawak Government held through State Financial Secretary under the State Financial Secretary (Incorporation) Ordinance [Chapter 36]

SISB commenced its operation in 1998 with the aim to become the strategic investment arm of the State Government of Sarawak.

As at 31 December 2022, the paid-up capital of SISB is at RM39,680,000.00.
